The Wine Cellar is an upscale special environment with a large King Arthur style round table situated under an enormous wrought iron chandelier hung from a domed ceiling of hand painted clouds framed by brick and neon. Guests are surrounded by The Forge's large format wine collection cradled in wrought iron racks against walls adorned with hand painted murals. All menus for this room are personally prepared by Executive Chef Gene Moana. The Wine Cellar seats 8-16 and is unquestionably one of the Monterey Peninsula's classiest private dining rooms.
